Orthopaedic physicians coordinate their patients’ plan of care with physical and occupational therapists. This collaboration is an essential part of providing a continuum of quality orthopaedic care while helping patients achieve their personal functional goals.
The faculty on our Physical & Occupational Therapy service provide quality patient care through evidence-based evaluation and treatment techniques that are designed to improve each individual’s quality of life. Our therapists critically evaluate each patient’s condition in order to design a specific and effective rehabilitation treatment plan.

Patient Care
There ar 11 physical and occupational therapists at the main clinic and eight occupational therapists located in the hand surgery clinic. Our rehabilitation staff includes certified therapists.
Our rehabilitation team provides care through the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab for many orthopaedic-related conditions, including:
